Este mandato legal tiene como objetivos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sustituci\u00f3n de la Medida<\/strong>: Conforme al COIP, el juzgador debe dictar arresto domiciliario o el uso de dispositivos de vigilancia electr\u00f3nica cuando se trate de mujeres embarazadas o hasta noventa d\u00edas despu\u00e9s del parto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Principio de Inter\u00e9s Superior:<\/strong> Garantizar el bienestar y la protecci\u00f3n del ni\u00f1o o ni\u00f1a por nacer, evitando que el entorno carcelario afecte su desarrollo o salud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Garant\u00edas Alternativas:<\/strong> Priorizar el uso de medidas como la presentaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica ante la autoridad y la prohibici\u00f3n de salida del pa\u00eds, asegurando la sujeci\u00f3n al proceso sin vulnerar derechos fundamentales.                                                                               <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfD-625reRNZYxaMtt5TeoEU_PzgGP6_6zgeE6rf4motK2n6g\/viewform\">Encuesta de satisfacci\u00f3n clic aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfPuede dictarse prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra una mujer embarazada en un proceso penal?
