Sin embargo, la detenci\u00f3n solo podr\u00eda producirse de manera excepcional bajo los siguientes presupuestos legales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Flagrancia:<\/strong> Que al momento de presentarse, se configure una situaci\u00f3n de flagrancia conforme a los par\u00e1metros del COIP (delito en ejecuci\u00f3n o inmediatamente posterior a su comisi\u00f3n).<br>En ausencia de estos requisitos, la libertad del compareciente est\u00e1 garantizada por el derecho al debido proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Orden Judicial Previa:<\/strong> Que exista una boleta de detenci\u00f3n (para fines investigativos) o una orden de prisi\u00f3n preventiva debidamente motivada por un juez competente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfD-625reRNZYxaMtt5TeoEU_PzgGP6_6zgeE6rf4motK2n6g\/viewform\">Encuesta de satisfacci\u00f3n clic aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfPuedo ser privado de libertad si acudo a la Fiscal\u00eda a rendir versi\u00f3n?
